How to Achieve a True Sense of Accomplishment

In my last video, I talked a bit about learning what it is that motivates you to make major life changes. It’s important to find a sense of flow -- to be sure that, when striking out toward a goal, you know you’re walking toward a sense of alignment with your highest self and a true sense of purpose. As you continue on this journey of finding your flow, I’d also encourage you to start asking yourself, “What would achievement truly mean to me?” This is an especially important question if you are a high achiever, because it’s so easy to get caught up in others’ definitions of success.
