- 01I work with high-achieving people who may look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain on the inside. They are often capable, caring people who have spent years meeting expectations, supporting others, and putting their own needs last.My clients may be navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination, decision fatigue, guilt, health issues, or the pressure to keep doing more. Some are parents seeking a more sustainable integration of work and life. Others are facing, or preparing for, a meaningful personal or professional transition. I also support young athletes who are navigating performance pressure, confidence, setbacks, identity beyond their sport, and the expectations they may feel from coaches, teammates, family, or themselves.I am also passionate about supporting people at a crossroads: those who are ready to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust, and to create a path that reflects who they are and what they truly want, not just the expectations of others.
- 02You can bring the challenges, questions, and goals that feel most important to you right now. Clients often bring chronic stress, perfectionism, transitions, confidence, boundaries, leadership pressure, decision fatigue, or a desire for meaningful change, greater clarity, calm, or fulfillment.Coaching can also be a supportive next step after therapy, especially when you have gained insight into yourself and are ready to focus on applying that insight, creating new sustainable habits, and moving forward with intention. For some people, and in certain situations coaching may be a better fit than therapy. You might also bring challenging situations such as unrealistic expectations, constant change, uncertainty, difficult conversations, health-related changes, or uncomfortable feelings that are affecting how you show up in your work or life. Together, we will identify what is getting in the way and explore practical, sustainable next steps.
- 03My coaching practice is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with understanding, not trying harder or adding more to your already full life.Together, we look beneath the surface of what feels difficult to identify the patterns, beliefs, stressors, and habits that may be keeping you stuck. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in psychology, human behavior, wellness, and professional coaching, I blend practical, science-informed tools with thoughtful reflection and compassionate support. This is not about “fixing” you. It is about helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity about what matters most, and create changes that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
- 04While coaching outcomes are personal, clients often describe experiencing greater clarity, more sustainable habits, stronger boundaries, deeper insight into unhelpful patterns, and practical next steps toward what matters most. Read what clients have shared HERE [Link to clients stories]
- 05This 45-minute call is not a high-pressure sales conversation, I cannot stand those, and you probably do not either. Think of it as a mutual conversation to explore where you are now, where you would like to go, and what support or next steps may help you move forward. If we are a good fit, we can discuss beginning our work together. If working with me is not the best path for you, my intention is still to help you leave with greater clarity about what may serve you best.
- 06Every coaching engagement is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. During your Insight Call, if we are a good fit for each other, we will explore what support would be most helpful and discuss a coaching approach that feels right for you.My goal is to help you make meaningful progress in a focused, practical and efficient way, not to keep you in coaching longer than you need. The length and frequency of our work together will depend on what you are navigating and the changes you want to create.
- 07I offer virtual coaching via video or phone worldwide.
- 08Because every coaching engagement is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances, investment details vary. During your Insight Call, we will first explore what you are navigating and the kind of support that would be most meaningful. From there, if we are a good fit for each other, I will share the coaching options and investment details that best fit your needs, so you can make an informed decision without pressure.
- 09Coaching is a forward-focused partnership that helps you gain clarity, understand the patterns shaping your choices, and take meaningful action toward the life and work you want. While my background in psychology informs a thoughtful, science-based approach, coaching is not psychotherapy and does not provide diagnosis, crisis support or treatment for mental-health conditions. If therapy or additional clinical support would be more appropriate, I will say so with care.
