Making Mindfulness a Habit

Last time, we talked about mindfulness, and what it can mean for your journey of personal development. There are so many ways that you can practice mindfulness, and meditation, as I noted then, is just one of them.

By observing what’s going on both around and within you, you can start to make this practice a daily habit. It can start to become effortless and even enjoyable. The key with this is not to worry about whether you’re doing it right. Remember that mindfulness is a practice, which is a key word in this case: it’s not a contest, or a race to self-improvement.

Mindfulness is simply something that will help you appreciate and engage with your life more fully, and the more you use it, the more easily it will come to you.

So how can you begin integrating mindfulness into your day-to-day life?

In this brief video I share a few ways that you can try for yourself, or use to come up with other methods that might work well for you.
