Doing versus Being: How does busyness hold us back?

In my last video, I talked about how busyness makes it hard to maintain healthy boundaries. As we continue the conversation about being and doing, I want to go into why that is such a challenge, and the consequences of not dealing with it.

By that I mean, how hard it can be to connect with ourselves when we choose to live overly busy, unboundaried lives. You may have noticed this in your own life already, and have been too busy to do much of anything about it.
