In my last video, I talked about why it can be so hard for high achievers to ask others for help.

As you may recall, all of it was related to learning how to be vulnerable and open with the people you care about, and how to trust them more fully.

Today, I want to talk about the unexpected benefits that can come from going outside of your comfort zone and asking for help. It could also help you address something you might be wondering - that is, why you would ask for help when you are so good at doing the things you do. The answer, of course, has little to do with abilities or skills.
