What made you decide to start working with Pamela Biasca Losada and what was your issue?

Before working with Pamela, I had frequent sugar cravings. I craved foods that I am allergic to, I was unhappy with my weight, and overall I felt overwhelmed. I often had an urge to stop and buy sweet treats or fast food on the way home. My physical activity was very limited and my energy level was low. I wasn’t taking care of myself as I should, and when I ate, it was big portions.

What goals did you set with Pamela?

To eliminate cravings and self-sabotage; decrease sugar intake and cravings for foods that create allergic reactions; lose weight; and exercise more.

What impact has it made on your health and well-being?

Since starting to work with Pamela, I feel more hopeful, positive, happier, and rarely depressed. I have an increased awareness of my habits and I move towards changing those habits that are negatively impacting my health.

Today, I have the ability and control to avoid unhealthy foods and for the most part, stay away from allergens. My habits of eating fast food are almost non-existent and I do not eat ice-cream weekly anymore (and haven’t had ice-cream in months). Overall, my cravings for sweets are gone.

I lost weight, cook more variety of veggies, and prepare more healthy snacks and meals. I have more energy throughout the day, feel less stressed, and overall more relaxed and calm. I am definitely moving forward and doing more, which is the key to weight loss for me.

In addition, I am also taking time to reach out to friends. I have experienced an overall decrease in self-sabotaging behaviors, allowing me to feel so much better. I have ‘expanded’ my whole life since starting the health coach
