Doing versus Being: Who are you performing for?

As someone who identifies as a high achiever, you might be very accustomed to staying busy. And there’s certainly nothing wrong with that, especially if it’s enjoyable or relaxing to you to keep moving and working on those goals.

That said, it can be hard to take an honest look at how much of that movement, motion and busyness you truly enjoy. So ask yourself: how much are you devoting your time to what you love, versus simply filling your time?
