Let’s face it it’s easier to fall off the wagon than going back on. Therefore, it’s super important to have someone to be accountable to, someone who supports you and keeps you on track along the way. It’s like having a cheer leader on your side, who encourages you yet also doesn’t buy into your stories and excuses which is crucial. If you are a high achiever you might want to do it all by yourself, and asking for help might not be your strong suit.
