Defining A Coach

June 21, 2017

Everyone needs a coach

During my child’s game, I was inspired by the coach’s ability to help the team work together to achieve their victory. I love watching my child work towards gaining the physical technique required, but also learning the rewarding feeling of reaching a goal whether its personal or the team’s.

The coach contributes to this experience by encouraging each child on the team regardless of his or her ability. This encouragement is just as important as the game strategy or words of guidance. Moreover, encouragement can also come in the form of pushing a player to meet his or her goals. For example, a soccer player might want to increase running speed or have more advanced footwork with the ball.

A coach helps a player go the extra mile- literally or figuratively.

As an adult, we still need a coach for guidance and encouragement. As a client, together we will establish your personal goals and break down the steps necessary to achieve them.
