Are you tired of being tired?

As a health consultant, I've seen all different types of tired. Feeling low energy during the day is a sign that you need to pay attention to why this is happening, as it's not normal.

One of my clients regularly drank 2-3 cups of coffee every morning, a caffeinated ice tea for lunch, an energy drink mid-afternoon and another caffeinated beverage in the evening. On average my client slept 4-6 hours per night partially due to the caffeine intake that effected their sleep patterns. By working with them regularly, we were able to slowly reduce the high volume of caffeine that was consumed every day, especially in the afternoons and evenings. As a substitute, they were able to commit to a regular exercise routine 1-2 times per week, then after several months 3-4 times per week. The difference was remarkable. Less money spent on coffee and energy drinks, more exercise to increase metabolism, and more sleep for better moods, concentration and detoxing.
